28 AVRIL 2015. - Act establishing the maximum margin for the evolution of the salary cost for the years 2015 and 2016



PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Part 1er. - General provision
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Part 2. - Maximum margin for the evolution of the salary cost for the years 2015 and 2016
Art. 2. Without prejudice to section 7, § 1st, and other provisions of the Act of July 26, 1996 relating to the promotion of employment and the prevention of competitiveness, the maximum margin for the evolution of the salary cost is set for the year 2015 to 0% and for the year 2016 to 0.5% of the gross salary mass, the total cost for the employer all expenses included.
In addition, the maximum margin for the evolution of the salary cost may be increased by 0.3 per cent of the net payroll without additional costs to the employer in 2016.
Part 3. - Entry into force
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
