To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Section 12 of the Act of 21 December 2013 amending the Code of Criminal Investigation and the Act of 22 March 1999 on the procedure for identification by DNA analysis in criminal matters, with a view to creating a DNA data bank "Disappeared persons", is replaced by the following:
"Art. 12. This Act comes into force on a date to be determined by the King by order deliberately in the Council of Ministers and no later than 1er July 2017."
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on June 30, 2015.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
