PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Pursuant to the Act of 4 December 2012 amending the Belgian Nationality Code to make the acquisition of Belgian nationality neutral from the perspective of immigration, naturalization is granted to:
Arcelli, Angelo Federico, born in Milan, Italy, on November 2, 1970.
Wahoud, Fouad, born in Homs (Syria) on September 29, 1977.
Zaitsev, Denis, born in Kalininskoe (Kyrgyzstan) on 31 March 1993.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
