The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Pursuant to the law of 1^er March 2000 amending certain provisions concerning Belgian nationality, naturalization is granted to:

Aziz, Rachid, born in Ain Jemaâ (Morocco) on 12 December 1970.
Barry, Mamadou, born in Kaporo Rail/Conakry, Guinea, January 1, 1977.
Bossekota, Bontole Micheline, born in Kinshasa (Congo) on 26 April 1971.
Botuli Njaf'Okomo, born in Boende (Congo) on December 31, 1937.
Djafarov, Fizouli Choura Oglu, born in Bachkarvande, Azerbaijan, on 26 December 1958.
Ekila, Blandine, born in Oumangi (Congo) on August 1, 1973.
Kostanyan, Marat Frikovitsj, born in Vahagni, Gugark, Armenia, on 28 May 1966.
Mousavi, Saed Taghi, born in Kabul, Afghanistan, on 2 June 1977.

Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
