This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 74 of the Constitution.
S. 2. at article 4 of the Act of 31 January 2003 on the phasing-out of nuclear energy for purposes of industrial production of electricity, replaced by the law of December 18, 2013, the following changes are made: 1 ° 1st paragraph is replaced by the following: "§ 1." Nuclear plant Doel 1 can produce electricity as from the entry into force of the Act of June 28, 2015, amending the law of 31 January 2003 on the phasing-out of nuclear energy for purposes of industrial production of electricity in order to ensure security of energy supply. She is disabled and can no longer produce electricity from February 15, 2025. Other nuclear power plants for the industrial production of electricity from the fission of nuclear fuel, are disabled on the following dates and can no longer produce electricity from these dates:-Doel 3: 1 October 2022.
-Tihange 2: February 1, 2023.
-Doel 4: July 1, 2025;
-Tihange 3: September 1, 2025;
-Tihange 1: October 1, 2025;
-Doel 2: December 1st, 2025. "."
2 ° article is supplemented by a paragraph 3 as follows: "§ § 3 3" The King advance, by Decree deliberated in the Council of Ministers, the date referred to the § 1 for nuclear plants and Doel 1, Doel 2 to March 31, 2016, if the convention referred to in article 4/2, paragraph 3, is not concluded at the latest for the 30 November 2015. S. 3. in Chapter 2 of the Act, as amended by the law of December 18, 2013, article be inserted a 4/2 as follows: "article 4/2. § 1. The owner of nuclear power plants Doel 1 and Doel 2 pays to the federal State, until February 15, 2025 for Doel 1 and December 1, 2025 for Doel 2, an annual fee in return for the extension of the duration of permission for the industrial production of electricity from the fission of nuclear fuel.

2. The fee, referred to the § 1, excludes all other costs in favour of the federal State (with the exception of any tax of general application) which would be linked to the property or the operation of nuclear power plants Doel 1 and Doel 2, revenue, production or production capacity or the use of nuclear fuel.
§ 3. The federal State enters into an agreement with the owner of nuclear plants Doel 1 and Doel 2 including to: 1 ° specify the procedures for calculation of the levy referred to in paragraph 1;
2 ° set compensation for each of the parties in the event of failure to comply with their contractual obligations. "."
