10 AOUT 2015. - An Act to amend section 51 of the Act of 17 May 2006 establishing courts of enforcement of sentences and to amend section 109 of the Act of 17 May 2006 relating to the external legal status of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty and to the rights recognized to the victim in the execution of the sentence, with respect to entry into force (1)

The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 51 of the Act of 17 May 2006 establishing courts of enforcement of sentences, last amended by the Act of 31 December 2012, the words "and not later than 1er September 2015" are replaced by the words "and no later than 1er January 2016".
Art. 3. In section 109 of the Act of 17 May 2006 on the external legal status of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty and the rights recognized to the victim in the execution of the sentence, as last amended by the Act of 31 December 2012, the words ", and no later than 1er September 2015" are replaced by the words ", and no later than 1er January 2016".
Art. 4. This Act comes into force on 1er September 2015.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
