The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Pursuant to the law of 1^er March 2000 amending certain provisions concerning Belgian nationality, naturalization is granted to:

Dkhissi, Mohammed, born in Oujda (Morocco) on 2 February 1973.
Dzota, Christel, born in Brazzaville (Congo (rep. pop.)) on December 27, 1961.
Griwa, Mani, born in Koidu, Kano (Sierra Leone) on 25 October 1969.
Gruszka, Jan Kazimierz, born in Zamosc (Poland) on 1 February 1966.
Kharbach, Jamila, born in Beni Slimane (Morocco) on October 23, 1962.
Kponnou, Komlan, born in Agouegan - Aného (Togo) in 1969.
Lachaal, Abdelhak, born in Jerada (Morocco) in 1962.
Mebarek, Karim, born in Ammi Moussa (Algeria) on 25 March 1969.

Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
