The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Article 17 of the Law of 10 November 2006 on Opening Hours in Trade, Crafts and Services is supplemented by two paragraphs written as follows:
"By derogation from paragraph 1
era communal regulation may impose hours of closure on any establishment unit referred to in section 6, (a) and (b), not benefiting from exemptions referred to in section 16, and located at seaside stations or municipalities or parts of municipalities recognized as tourist centres. These hours of closure are included in the periods referred to in Article 6, (a) and (b), and are applicable without distinction to all establishments covered by the closure.
The establishment units operating in violation of the communal regulations are only punished in accordance with the Act of 24 June 2013 on municipal administrative sanctions. ".
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
