34. Federal Law, with which the Karenzurlaubssubsidy Act and the KarenzMonetary Act, the Karenzurlaubsmonetary Law and the Child Care Money Act are amended

The National Council has decided:

Article I

Amendment of the Law on Karenzurlaubssubsidies

The Federal Act on the grant of the Karenzurlaubsgeld (Karenzurlaubsgeld) (Karenzurlaubsgeld), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 297/1995, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 47/1997, is amended as follows:

The following § 22 is added:

" § 22. Section 2 is 1. Jänner 1996 repeal. "

Article II

Amendment of the Law on Carenas

The Federal Act on the Carence allowance (Karenzgeldgesetz-KGG), BGBl. I No 47/1997, is amended as follows:

The following § 61 is added:

" § 61. Section 5 shall not enter into force on 1 July 1997. '

Article III

Amendment of the law on the law of carence

The Federal Act on cash benefits to public servants during the Karenzurlaubes on the occasion of motherhood (Karenzurlaubsmonetary Law-KUG), BGBl. N ° 395/1974, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 87/2002, shall be amended as follows:

In Article XXXIV, the following paragraph 17 is added:

" (17) § 21 to § 26 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 1996 repeal. "

Article IV

Amendment of the Child Care Money Act

The Child Care Money Act (KBGG), BGBl. I n ° 103/2001, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 122/2003, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 20 reads:

" § 20. The levy is to be levied on the extent of the grant paid out for the respective claim. "

2. In § 49, the following paragraph 8 is added:

" (8) § 20 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 34/2004 shall enter into force on 1 January January 2002 in force and shall apply to births after 31 December 2001. "
