186. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on entry points in accordance with the Plant Protection Act 1995 (entry posts-Regulation 2004)

Due to § 29 (2) of the Plant Protection Act 1995, BGBl. N ° 532, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 78/2003, is in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance, the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, and the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology:

§ 1. The authorised entry points for the importation of plants, plant products and other objects of origin from third countries shall be: Annex listed.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2004. At the same time, the entry-site regulation in 2002 is out of force.

ENTRY POINTS

A. Border customs offices, as entry points for the import of fruit, potatoes, other than seed potatoes, herbs, spices, vegetables and cut flowers, for seeds and nutrient substrates (soil, excluding pure peat), and for other objects, including forest material, as defined in Part B of Annex V of the Plant Protection Act (Plant Protection Act 1995) (control by customs bodies):

In the area of the Feldkirch customs office: Tisis customs office;

2.

In the area of the Zollamtes Graz: customs office Graz Airport;

3.

In the area of the customs office Innsbruck: customs offices Innsbruck and Innsbruck/Post;

4.

In the area of the Klagenfurt customs office: airport/road customs office (in air traffic);

5.

In the area of the Zollamtes Linz: Zollstelle Linz Airport;

6.

In the area of the customs office Salzburg: customs office Salzburg;

7.

In the area of the Zollamt Wien: Zollstelle Südbahn/Post;

8.

Customs office of Vienna Airport;

9.

In the area of Zollamtes Wolfurt: Zollstellen Höchst, Wolfurt/Post and St. Margrethen.

B. Border customs offices, designated as entry points for the import of plants, for planting, including forest plants, in accordance with Part B of Annex V of the Plant Protection Act 1995:

In the area of the Zollamtes Feldkirch: customs offices Tisis and Buchs/Bahnhof;

In the area of the Zollamtes Graz: customs office Graz Airport;

3.

In the area of the customs office Innsbruck: customs offices Innsbruck and Innsbruck/Post;
