186th Ordinance of the Federal Minister for agriculture and forestry, environment and water management on entry points under the plant protection act of 1995 (entry points regulation 2004)

On the basis of § 29 par. 2 of the plant protection Act 1995, BGBl. No. 532, I is amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette No. 78/2003, in consultation with the Federal Minister of finance, the prescribed Federal Minister for Economics and labour and the Federal Minister for transport, innovation and technology:



§ 1. The authorized entry points for imports of plants, plant products or other objects from third countries listed in the annex.



§ 2. This regulation enter into force on 1 May 2004. At the same time, the entry set regulation enters 2002 override.

ENTRY POINTS

A. border customs offices, as entry points for imports of fruits, potatoes, excluding seed potatoes, herbs, spices, vegetables and cut flowers, seeds and growing medium (soil, except pure peat), as well as for other items, including forest material referred to in annex V, part B of the plant protection act of 1995 set (control by Customs authorities):



1. in the area of the Customs Office Feldkirch: Zollstelle of Tisis;

2. in the area of the Customs Office of Graz: Customs Airport Graz;

3. in the area of the Customs Office in Innsbruck: Customs offices from Innsbruck airport and Innsbruck/post;

4. in the area of the Customs Office Klagenfurt: Zollstelle Flughafenstrasse (in aviation);

5. in the area of the Customs Office Linz: Customs Airport Linz.

6. in the area of the Customs Office Salzburg: Customs Airport of Salzburg;

7. in the area of the Customs Office Vienna: Zollstelle southern railway/post;

8 Customs Airport of Vienna;

9. in the area of the Customs Office of Wolfurt: Customs offices maximum, Wolfurt/post office and St. Margrethen.

(B).              Border customs offices, platforms intended for the importation of plants for planting, including forest plants, as in 1995 imposed in accordance with annex V, part B of the plant protection act:



1. in the area of the Customs Office Feldkirch: Customs offices Tisis and book/station;

2. in the area of the Customs Office of Graz: Customs Airport Graz;

3. in the area of the Customs Office in Innsbruck: Customs offices from Innsbruck airport and Innsbruck/post;
