48. Revocation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the revocation of five agreements between the Federal Minister of Transport and the Federal Ministry of Transport, respectively the authority responsible for the ADR of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Federal Minister for Transport and/or the Federal Minister for Public Economy and Transport of the Republic of Austria

According to § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100, shall be made known:

The agreements between the Federal Minister of Transport and the authority responsible for the ADR of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Federal Minister for Transport and/or the Federal Minister for Public Economy and Transport of the Republic of Austria

-M79 according to Rn. 2010 of the ADR concerning the approval of the packaging group I for substances and articles of class 1 (BGBl. (III) No 80/1999),

-M97 according to Rn. 2010 and 10 602 of the ADR relating to the transport of acetic acid in concentrations of up to 20% (Gärungsessig) (BGBl. (III) No 100/2000),

-M101 according to Rn. 2010 of the ADR on the transport of hydrogen peroxide in class 5.1, para. 1 (a) in combination packagings of type 6HA1 (BGBl. (III) No 172/2000),

-M108 according to Rn. 2010 and 10 602 of the ADR relating to the transport of acetic acid in concentrations of up to 20% (fermentation vinegar) and acetic acid in food quality (vinegar with max. 20% acetic acid) (BGBl. (III) No 6/2001),

-M112 according to Rn. 2010 and 10 602 of the ADR relating to the transport of fermentation vinegar (vinegar produced by fermentation) and acetic acid in food quality (vinegar) with acetic acid in concentrations up to 25% (BGBl. (III) No 115/2001),

was considered obsolete by the competent authority of the Federal Republic of Germany for the ADR, and Austria agreed to this revocation with effect from 1 August 2003.
