235. Regulation of the Federal Government, amending the Regulation for the provision of delivery forms in 1982

On the basis of § § 27, 34 and 36 of the Delivery Act, BGBl. No 200/1982, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 10/2004, shall be assigned:

The delivery form regulation 1982, BGBl. N ° 600, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 493/1999, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § § 1 and 2, after the introductory word order "For deliveries" the phrase "pursuant to Section II of the Delivery Law" inserted.

2. According to § 3, the following § 3a is inserted:

" § 3a. (1) For deliveries in accordance with Section III of the Delivery Act, the forms 7/1 and 7/2, which form part of this Regulation, form part of this Regulation (in accordance with § § 34 and 36 of the Delivery Law: Understanding of the Ready-to-Be- of an electronic document for delivery).

(2) The form 7/1 is intended for the first and the second, in each case electronically-determined understanding. Form 7/2 is to be used for the third, non-electronically-following communication.

(3) In the form 7/1, in the fields marked with "< >", the relevant information of the information is to be used.

(4) The forms provided for in paragraph 1 may also be used in other formats, in particular if it facilitates the automation-assisted handling of the procedural requirements. "

3. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 4:

" (3) § § 1, 2 and 3a as well as the annex in the version of the Regulation BGBl. II N ° 235/2004 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the presentation of the said Regulation. "

4. The Annex shall be added to the following forms 7/1 and 7/2:
