§ 2. By the repeal of the federal laws in accordance with § 1, at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Act, existing liability of the federal government, which has been taken over pursuant to one of the federal laws in accordance with § 1, shall not be affected.
§ 3. The Federal Minister of Finance is responsible for the enforcement of this federal law.
