338. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour on the transfer of accounting tasks in the area of the labour market service in accordance with Section 6 (1) of the Federal Budget Act (AMS-Accounting Ordinance)

On the basis of § 6 (1) of the Federal Budget Act, BGBl. No. 213/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 71/2003, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Social Security, Generations and Consumer Protection and the Federal Minister for Finance:

§ 1. The accounting tasks listed in § 7 of the Federal Budget Act shall be transferred to the following bookkeeping:

The financial services according to § 33 of the Labour Market Service Act, BGBl. No. 313/1994, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 71/2003, with the exception of the accounting tasks of the Head of the Federal Office of the Labour Market Service and the heads of the State offices of the Labour Market Service, relating to professional and geographical mobility allowances, Transfer the accounts of the Federal Office of Social Affairs and the Disabled.

The other accounting tasks of the Head of the Federal Office of the Labour Market Service and Head of the Office of the Labour Market Service at the Federal Office as well as the accounting duties of the heads of the Landesoffices of the Labour Market Service Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland, each also in their function as head of the offices of the Labour Market Service, are transferred to the accounting department of the Federal Office for Social Affairs and Disability.

The other accounting tasks of the Head of the State Office of Vorarlberg of the Labour Market Service and the Head of the Office of the Labour Market Service Vorarlberg will be carried out to the accounts of the Landesstelle Tirol of the Federal Office for Social Affairs and Social Affairs Disabled persons.

The other accounting tasks of the other heads of the regional offices of the Labour Market Service, in each case also in their function as head of the offices of the Labour Market Service, shall be assigned to the bookkeeping of the respective offices of the Federal Office of the Federal Office of Social Affairs and the Disabled Persons.

§ 2. The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour on the transfer of tasks pursuant to Section 6 (1) of the Federal Budget Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl), enters into force with the entry into force of this Regulation. II No 408/2003, except for force.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on 9 February 2004.
