On the basis of § 24 (1) of the Labour Market Service Act (AMSG), BGBl. No. 313/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 77/2004, shall be assigned:
The Labour Market Control Regulation-AMSprV, BGBl. No 928/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 183a/2003, shall be amended as follows:
