481. Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture on the inclusion of ancemeties into the teaching obligation of the federal teachers

On the basis of Section 9 (3) of the Federal Act on the extent of the teaching obligation of the federal teachers, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 71/2003, shall be ordered:

§ 1. The teacher entrusted with the permanent deputy of the head of a middle or higher school for an expositur of this school shall be included in the teaching obligation on the following extent:

In an exposure with 1 to 3 classes of 8 hours per week, with 4 to 7 classes of 12 hours per week, with 8 classes in the range of 14 hours per week, with 9 to 12 classes in the range of 16 hours per week, with more than 12 classes on the scale from 18 hours per week of the teaching commitment group III.

§ 2. The management of a multi-day school event with a duration of at least four days and a stay of 4.33 hours is included in the teaching commitment group III for the week in which the respective school event ends. to be included.

§ 3. 2 hours per week of the teaching group III to 50 boarding school students,

3 hours per week of the teaching group III to 100 boarding school students,

5 hours per week of the teaching group III from 151 boarding school students.

The internship support at specialist schools for social professions, in which the teacher takes care of pupils abroad every week, for groups with a maximum of 18 pupils. An underwriting of this number shall be permitted only in so far as it is strictly necessary to avoid groups with more than 18 pupils:

1 week-hour of compulsory group II per group at a half-day placement,

1.25 hours per week of group II of compulsory teaching at a full-day internship.

(2) If several teachers are each entrusted with the administration of the Teaching Material Collections (Kustodiate) mentioned in Z 2 and 3, the total amount in these paragraphs shall be divided to an aliquot level.

§ 4. (1) For higher education and vocational education in general education according to § 37 (1) (2) (2), § 73 (1) (1) (lit). a and § 75 para. 1 lit. a of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 77/2001, provided that they are public or public-law schools to which the Federal Government grants subsidies for personnel expenses in accordance with Section IV of the Private School Law, BGBl. No 244/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2001, to appoint study coordinators if there are no other counsellors, distance studies or specialist coordinators or departmental heads of professional departments for these schools.

(2) The activity of a teacher as study coordinator in accordance with § 52 of the Federal Law, which enacts the teaching regulations for schools for professionals (school teaching law for professionals-SchUG-B), BGBl. I No 33/1997, as amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 99/1999, at a school within the meaning of the first paragraph, shall be included in the teaching obligation on the following extent:

4.

for a number of more than 300 students to the extent of 2 units of value.

(3) For study coordinators in schools within the meaning of paragraph 1, the number of units of value referred to in paragraph 2 (1) to (4) shall be increased by one unit of value each, if these schools are run as independent evening schools.

§ 5. (1) The activities of the head of the workshop (bauhofleiter) at technical schools and at the Werkschulheim Felbertal in Ebenau are to be included in the teaching obligation per school to the following extent:

1.

0.5 hours per week of group II of compulsory teaching, provided that it is located within the school property (s),

2.

0.75 hours per week of group II of compulsory teaching, provided that it is located outside the school property (s), for the duration of the use,

3.

0.5 hours per week of group II of compulsory teaching per year (class), for which the teaching is carried out in the compulsory subject matter "workshop",

4.

In place of the calculation provided for in Z 3, 0.8 hours per week of the teaching obligation group II per year (class), for the (the) in the yard (workshops of construction technology) the subject matter "Building technical internship" or "practical construction work" as well as in the field of wood processing the compulsory subject matter "workshop" is carried out,

(2) The activities of the heads of plant managers at commercial schools shall be included in the teaching obligation per school to the following extent:

1.

2.

for the rest of the workshops up to and including 2 repairers 0.5 hours per week, up to and including 4 repairers 1 week-hour and from 5 repairers 2 hours per week in each case of the

(3) If several teachers are entrusted with the management of the workshop at a school, the total amount to be determined in accordance with paragraphs 1, Z 1 to 6 and (2) and 2 (2) and (2) shall be based on the number of repairers to be held by those teachers. and to the number of years (classes) for which the workshops in question are eligible.

(4) Any technical or commercial technical school affiliated to a higher technical or commercial teaching institution shall be considered as a specialist direction within the meaning of paragraph 1 (6).

§ 6. (1) The pedagogical and professional support of information technology jobs (IT jobs) at vocational middle and higher schools, at higher education in general education, and at the educational institutions for kindergarten education and The educational institutions for social education must be included in the teaching obligation in the extent referred to in paragraph 2. This support includes in the pedagogical and technical field, in particular

Application-oriented hardware and software support, including internet connection and user programs,

2.

-organizational work,

3.

the care of the teachers and the students in the IT operation of the school,

Participation in the relevant procurement,

5.

the management of the specialist library and

6.

the creation of own and the evidence holding of electronic publications of the specialist area.

(2) The extent of the inclusion in the teaching obligation shall be for:

10 to 20 IT jobs

2 hours per week,

21 to 40 IT jobs

3 hours per week,

41 to 60 IT jobs

4 hours per week,

61 to 80 IT jobs

5 hours per week,

81 to 100 IT jobs

6 hours per week

the teaching commitment group II and for each additional unit of 20 IT workplaces that has been started, one additional week of the teaching commitment group II. However, this calculation shall only be due to the following maximum extent:

Up to 150 pupils per school location

2 hours per week

from 151 to 500 students per school location

4 hours per week

from 501 to 900 students per school site

6 hours per week

from 901 to 1,300 pupils per school location

8 hours per week

from 1 301 to 1 700 pupils per school location

10 hours per week

from 1 701 to 2 100 pupils per school location

12 hours per week

from 2 101 to 3 000 pupils per school site

14 hours per week

More than 3 000 pupils per school site

16 hours per week

(3) IT workstations within the meaning of the preceding paragraphs shall be understood as meaning both non-networked and networked inventoried IT workstations (including Intranet) used for teaching purposes. The number of IT jobs as well as the number of pupils in accordance with paragraph 2 is measured for each school year on the basis of the Austrian school statistics on the basis of the relevant school year.

§ 7. the teaching commitment group II. § 6 (3) shall apply mutatily.

§ 8. (1) The pedagogical support of the IT workstations with high-quality and comprehensive training required for the teaching of technical and commercial training courses in the course of the teaching of technical and commercial training courses Software application (in particular CAD,

and where appropriate

7.

depending on the specification of the speciality or department of CAD/CAM systems, CAE or CAX systems, systems for analogue and digital simulation and circuit designs in electronics, workstations for multimedia design of multimedia designers or -Producers, jobs for electronically supported work preparation and at educational institutions for textile technology and fashion and clothing technology and for artistic design installations for electronically assisted cutting and Textile design.

(2) The extent of the inclusion in the teaching obligation is up to 10 IT workstations with a high-quality and comprehensive software application 2 hours per week of the teaching commitment group II, from 11 to 15 IT jobs with high-quality and comprehensive Software use 3 hours per week of the teaching commitment group II and for each further commenced unit of 5 IT workplaces with a high-quality and comprehensive software use for one additional week, but not more than 10 hours per week of the Teaching commitment group II.

(3) In order to measure the number of IT workstations with a high-quality and comprehensive software application, § 6 (3), last sentence, shall apply in a reasonable way.

(4) In the case of an invoice in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2, the IT workstations covered by these paragraphs shall not be taken into account again in the calculation of the inclusion in accordance with § 6 of this Regulation.

§ 9. If several teachers are involved in the care of IT jobs at a school, the accounts for these teachers, determined in accordance with § § 6 to 8, shall be divided up to the assigned tasks.

§ 10. If the same IT workplaces are shared by several schools, the total amount of income may be taken only once in accordance with § § 6 to 8, and in the case of § § 6 and 7 the pupils of the schools concerned shall be counted together.

§ 11. (1) The pedagogically professional support of IT workstations at teacher education academies and at vocational education academies is to be included in the teaching obligation in the extent given below. This support includes in the pedagogical and technical field, in particular

1.

Application-oriented hardware and software support, including internet connection and user programs,

2.

-organizational work,

3.

the supervision of the teachers and the students in the IT operation of the Academy,

4.

Participation in the relevant procurement,

5.

the management of the specialist library and

6.

the creation of own and the evidence holding of electronic publications of the specialist area.

(2) The extent of the inclusion in the teaching obligation shall be for:

10 to 30 IT jobs

4 hours per week,

31 to 60 IT jobs

5 hours per week,

61 to 90 IT jobs

6 hours per week,

91 to 120 IT jobs

7 hours per week

Teaching commitment group II and for each additional unit of 30 IT workplaces, one hour per week of the teaching commitment group II. However, this calculation shall only be due to the following maximum extent:

Up to 150 students per location

2 hours per week,

from 151 to 500 students per location

4 hours per week,

from 501 to 900 students per location

6 hours per week,

from 901 to 1,300 students per location

8 hours per week,

from 1 301 to 1 700 students per location

10 hours per week,

from 1 701 to 2 100 students per location

12 hours per week,

from 2 100 to 3 000 students per location

14 hours per week,

More than 3 000 students per location

16 hours per week

(3) In the preceding sense, IT workstations shall be understood to mean both non-networked and networked inventoried IT workstations (including Intranet), which are necessary for teaching. (2) The extent of the inclusion in the teaching obligation is up to 10 IT workstations with a high-quality and comprehensive software application 2 hours per week of the teaching commitment group II, from 11 to 15 IT jobs with high-quality and comprehensive Software use 3 hours per week of the teaching commitment group II and for each further commenced unit of 5 IT workplaces with a high-quality and comprehensive software use for one additional week, but not more than 10 hours per week of the Teaching commitment group II.

(3) In the preceding sense, IT workstations shall be understood to mean both non-networked and networked inventoried IT workstations (including Intranet), which are necessary for teaching. (4) The same IT jobs will be provided by several teacher education academies or In the case of vocational education academies, the total calculation according to § 12 may only take place once, whereby the students of the relevant teacher education academies or academies are required to take part in the training. § 13. The following additional benefit not covered by Section 9 (2) of the German Federal Teacher Training Act (Bundeslehrer-Lehrcommitungsgesetz) is not covered by educational academies, vocational education academies and pedagogical institutes, insofar as they are provided by teachers of the use groups L 1 and L 2 is to be included in the teaching obligation to the following extent:

§ 14. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2004.

(2) The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts of 29 June 1973 on the inclusion of secondary services in the teaching obligation of the Federal Teacher, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 346/1973 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 142/2000, and the Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Sport on the extent of the teaching obligations of the Federal Teacher Training Academies, vocational education academies and educational institutes, BGBl.
