507. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, with which the regulation on the final examinations in the educational institution for kindergarten education and the educational institute for social education (examination regulations Education and training institutions)

On the basis of § § 34 to 41 of the school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 56/2003, as well as on the basis of § § 33 to 41 of the School Education Act for Vocational Training, BGBl. I No 33/1997, as amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 99/1999, shall be assigned:

The Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs (Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs) Regulation on the final exams at the Educational Institute for Children's Horticultural Education and the Educational Institute for Social Pedagogy (examination regulations for educational institutions), BGBl. II N ° 58/2000, as amended by the BGBl agreement. II No 310/2002, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 10 sec. 1 Z 2 reads:

" 2.		if this is provided for in the second part of the respective examination, from a subject-specific topic dealt with by the respective examination candidate or by a group of candidates within the framework of the course "

2. § 10 (3).

3. In § 10 para. 4, the quote shall be: " 1 Z 2 lit. b " by quoting " 1 Z 2 " replaced.

4. § 10 (5) reads:

" (5) In the event that two examination areas are placed in the form of a cross-disciplinary examination, the candidate for the examination for both examination areas shall be three independent tasks, two of which shall be chosen, in writing. The tasks have to include interdisciplinary aspects and can be divided into sub-tasks. If an oral part-examination according to § 10 (1) Z 2 and another examination area is filed in the form of a cross-disciplinary examination, the examination candidate shall be additionally responsible for the subject-specific topic of two of the subjects to submit to each other, in writing, independent tasks involving inter-disciplinary aspects. "

5. § 10 is added in accordance with section 5 of the following paragraph 6:

"(6) In the case of the oral examination in the framework of the" Diplompexamination for special kindergartens and early support at the educational institution for kindergarten education "as well as in the case of the oral examination in the framework of the" Diplompexamination for special educators at the Educational Institute for Social Pedagogy "is to submit to the examination candidate in the examination area" Interdisciplinary Case Meeting " a task in the form of a case study with additional tasks in writing, the technical aspects from the Candidates selected must have included the required subject-specific subject. The duration of the examination shall not exceed 15 minutes; for oral examinations which provide for a part of the presentation (§ 10 para. 4) in accordance with § 10 (1) Z 2, it shall not be less than 25 minutes for each examination candidate. In the examination area "Interdisciplinary Case Meeting", the examination period shall not exceed 20 minutes for each examination candidate. "

8. § 14 (1) (1) (1) shall not apply at the end of the lit. b after the expression the word "or" .

9. § 14 para. 1 Z 1 lit. c is deleted.

10. In § 14 (1) (3), the quote shall be "§ 10 para. 1 Z 2 lit. b" by quoting "§ 10 para. 1 Z 2" replaced.

11. In § 14 paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. e will be the word "or" is replaced by a dash.

12. In § 14 paragraph 1 Z 3 lit. f becomes the point at the end of the lit. by the word "or" shall be replaced and the following is replaced. g is added:

16. § 19 (1) (1) (1) does not apply at the end of the lit. b after the expression the word "or" .

17. § 19 (1) Z 1 lit. c is deleted.

18. In § 19 paragraph 1 Z 3 the quote shall be "§ 10 para. 1 Z 2 lit. b" by quoting "§ 10 para. 1 Z 2" replaced.

19. § 19 (2) deleted.

20. § 21 reads:

" § 21. (1) The oral examination comprises the examination area "Interdisciplinary Case Meeting".

(2) The examination area referred to in paragraph 1 shall consist of the choice of the candidate for examination:

1.		the compulsory subject:
a)			"Pedagogy", if the candidate for examination has not chosen the examination area "Pedagogy" in accordance with Section 20 (1) (1) (1) of the Examination Examination ("Pedagogy"), or
b)			"Psychology" if the examination candidate has not chosen the examination area "Psychology" in accordance with § 20 (1) Z 2 for examination of the exam, or
c)			"Medical principles and therapeutic concepts" and
2.		the compulsory subject:
a)			"Integrative Didactics" if the candidate has not chosen the subject "Integrative Didactics" in accordance with Section 20 (2) (1) (1) of the Examination Examination ("Integrative Didaktik"), or
b)			"Working methods of interdisciplinary early funding", if the candidate for examination has not chosen the subject matter of "working methods of interdisciplinary early funding" in accordance with Section 20 (2) (2) (2) of the Examination Board, or
c)			"Methods and didactic implementation", if the candidate for examination did not choose the subject matter "Methods and didactic implementation" in accordance with § 20 paragraph 2 Z 3 for the examination of the examination. "

21. § 23 (1) (1) (1) does not apply at the end of the lit. b after the expression the word "or" .

22. § 23 (1) Z 1 lit. c is deleted.

23. In § 23 (1) Z 4, the quote shall be: "§ 10 para. 1 Z 2 lit. b" by quoting "§ 10 para. 1 Z 2" replaced.

24. In § 23 (1) Z 4 lit. e will be the word "or" is replaced by a dash.

25. In § 23 (1) Z 4 lit. f becomes the point at the end of the lit. by the word "or" shall be replaced and the following is replaced. g is added:

32. § 27 reads:

" § 27. (1) The oral examination comprises the examination area "Interdisciplinary Case Meeting".

(2) The examination area referred to in paragraph 1 shall consist of the choice of the candidate for examination:

1.		the compulsory subject:
a)			"Heil-und Sonderpädagogik" ("Heil-und Sonderpädagogik"), if the examination candidate has chosen "Special Didactics" as an examination area in accordance with § 26 (1) Z 2 of the examination certificate "Special Didaktik"
b)			"Special Didactics", if the candidate has chosen "Heil-und Sonderpädagogik" ("Heil-und Sonderpädagogik") in accordance with § 26 (1) (1) (1) of the Examination Board, and
2.		the compulsory subject:
a)			"aspects of developmental psychology" or
b)			"Aspects of deep psychology" or
c)			"Aspects of social pedagogy". "

33. The previous text of § 28 contains the sales designation "(1)" ; the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) The following provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 507/2004 shall enter into force as follows: except for power:

1.		§ 10 (1) (2), § 10 (4) to (6), § 11 (7) and (9), Section 14 (1) (1) (b), Section 14 (1) (3) (3), Section 14 (1) (3) (3) (lit). e bis g, § 14 para. 4a and 4b, § 17 para. 1, § 19 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit. b, § 19 para. 1 Z 3, § 21, § 23 para. 1 Z 1 lit. b, § 23 para. 1 Z 4, § 23 para. 1 Z 4 lit. e bis g, § 23 (4a) and (4b), § 25 (1) (1) (b), § 25 (1) (3) and § 27 (1). January 2005 with effect for the main date 2004/2005 in force;
2.		§ 10 (3), § 14 (1) (c), § 14 (2), § 19 (1) (c) (c), § 19 (2), Section 23 (1) (c) (c), § 23 (2), § 25 (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) (1) ( (c) and section 25 (2) shall expire on 31 December 2004. "
