530. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Social Security, Generations and Consumer Protection and the Federal Minister for Health and Women on the Appreciation and Adaptation according to the Farmers-Social Security Act and the official-sick-and Accident insurance act for the calendar year 2005

Because of

§ 23 (2) of the Farmers-Social Insurance Act (BSVG), BGBl. N ° 559/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 105/2004,

2.

§ § 19 (6) and (26a) (3) of the Official Health and Accident Insurance Act (B-KUVG), BGBl. No 200/1967, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 145/2003,

Is prescribed:

§ 1. For the calendar year 2005, the hundreds of records referred to in Article 23 (2) of the BSVG shall be determined as follows:

§ 2. For the time from 1. On the basis of Section 19 (6) B-KUVG, January 2005 the minimum monthly contribution basis of 544,50 Euro and the monthly maximum contribution basis of EUR 3 630,00 is determined.

§ 3. For the calendar year 2005, the amount referred to in Article 26a (2) B-KUVG is determined instead of EUR 16.70 with 17.08 euros.
