83. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, which changes the Plant Protection Regulation

Due to § 6 of the Plant Protection Act 1995, BGBl. N ° 532, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 83/2004, shall be arranged:

The Plant Protection Regulation, BGBl. No 253/1996, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 471/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 17 Z 7 the word order shall be " as amended by Directive 2004 /102/EC amending Annexes II, III, IV and V to Directive 2000 /29/EC laying down measures for the protection of the Community against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community 1. No. (OJ L 309, 6.10.2004, p. 9) through the phrase " as amended by Directive 2005 /15/EC amending Annex IV to Directive 2000 /29/EC laying down measures for the protection of the Community against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against the spread of organisms harmful to plants or plant products (OJ L 327, 30.4.2005, p. No. (OJ L 56, 2.3.2005, p. 12) replaced.

2. In § 18, the point after Z 28 shall be replaced by a stroke point and the following Z 29 shall be added:

3. § 19 the following paragraph 12 is added:

" (12) § 17 Z 7 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 83/2005 shall enter into force on 1 March 2005. '
