90. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, with which the regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the aid and compensation rates to be applied under the State Aid Act (GSBG 1996) under the Health and Social Welfare Division (GSBG), is modified

On the basis of Section 1 (2) of the Health and Social Welfare Section-State Aid Act, BGBl. No 746/1996, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 105/2004, is prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Health and Women and on the basis of § 4, fourth sentence:

The Regulation on aid and compensation rates, BGBl. II. 56/1997, as last amended by BGBl. II No 498/2003, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Article 1 (1), the last two sentences are deleted and the following sentences are added:

" On the basis of the 5.07% compensation rate, a flat-rate flat rate of 0.585% of the health insurance expenses and the social security institution of the farmers is a lump sum to the compensation fund of the health insurance institutions. To transfer 0,185% of health insurance expenses in monthly installers. The amounts transferred to the compensation fund of the health insurance institutions and to the farmers ' social security institution are also to be included in the annual accounts in accordance with § 7 GSBG 1996 by the main association of social insurance institutions. "

2. § 4 (4) last sentence reads:

The phrase "Federal Ministry of Finance" is replaced by "Finanzamt für fees und Verkehrtaxes in Wien" (Tax Office for Fees and Traffic taxes in Vienna).

3. § 6 a paragraph 4 shall be added:

" (4) § 1 (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 90/2005 shall apply to periods after 31 December 2003. '
