Regulation of the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Regulatory GmbH, which sets out the relevant national markets for the telecommunications sector, subject to sector-specific ex-ante regulation (Telecommunications Marches Regulation 2003-TKMVO 2003), amended

On the basis of § 36 (1) and (2) of the Federal Act, which enacted a telecommunications law (Telecommunications Act 2003-TKG 2003), BGBl. I N ° 70/2003 idF BGBl. I No 178/2004 shall be assigned:

The 1. Regulation of the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Regulatory GmbH, which sets out the relevant national markets for the telecommunications sector, subject to sector-specific ex-ante regulation (Telecommunications Marches Regulation 2003-TKMVO 2003), made known by the obligation to inspect the radio and telecom regulatory GmbH, is amended as follows:

1. § 1 TKMVO 2003 the following number 17 is added:

2. The previous § 3 TKMVO 2003 receives the sales designation "(1)" .

3. § 3 (1) of the TKMVO 2003, the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 1 Z 17 in the version BGBl. II No 117/2005 enters into force with 2 May 2005. "
