Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Management of Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft concerning the adjustment of the salaries and allowances for the officials assigned to the service pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the Postal Structure Act (PTSG) of the Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft (Telekom-Bezügeverordnung 2015)

According to § 17a paragraph 3 Z 2 PTSG is ordered:

§ 1. The remuneration and service allowance rates of the officials who are assigned to the service in accordance with § 17 paragraph 1a PTSG of the Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft in cash amounts shall be subject to the agreement of 15 December 2014. Collective contractual salary adjustment is regulated as follows:

The salary and service allowance rates for postal and telecommunications officials (§ § 103 (2), 105 (1) and 4 (4) of the salary law 1956) shall be applied in accordance with Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 set.

§ 2. The Sunday and holiday allowance pursuant to § 17 para. 4 of the salary law in 1956 amounts to € 2.80 for every hour.

§ 3. The indemnification in accordance with Section 17b of the salary law 1956, shall be determined as follows:

For a working day € 26,-

For a Sundays and public holiday € 42,-

§ 4. For all other charges and allowances derived from the salary level 2 of service class V of officials of the General Administration, the amount of service class V valid on 1 January 2000 shall continue to be determined in order to determine the amounts involved, Level 2 of officials of the General Administration, which is € 1,799,75.

§ 5. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force.
