161. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour on the accreditation of the Association Certification Body for Professional Development (Bfi-CERT) for the certification of persons

On the basis of § 17, Section 1 of the Accreditation Act-AkkG, BGBl. No. 468/1992, as last amended by Federal Law BGBl. I No 85/2002, shall be assigned:

§ 1. The Association Certification Body for Professional Development (Bfi-CERT), which is based in 8700 Leoben, Parkstraße 11, is accredited as a body that certifies persons (according to OENORS EN ISO/IEC 17024).

§ 2. Certification authority includes the certification of

1.

Welders, according to OENOREN EN 287, Parts 1 and 2, in the current version,

2.

Brazing, in accordance with OENORS EN 13133, in the current version,

3.

Persons in the field of quality management (QM-Auditor, QM-commissioner, QM-Coach, TQM-Manager, Six Sigma Green Belt)

§ 3. The certification authority applies to those areas in which the Federal Government is responsible for legislation and enforcement, provided that the federal laws governing these areas do not comply with the provisions of the Accreditation Act relating to the accreditation of such bodies.

§ 4. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs concerning the accreditation of the Support Association for the Certification Body of the Vocational Training Institute (Bfi-CERT) is to be used for the purpose of: Certification of persons, BGBl. No. 88/1996, and the Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs on the accreditation of the Support Association for the Certification Body of the Professional Development Institute (bfi-CERT) for the certification of persons, BGBl. II No 244/1998, except for force.

Bartenstein
