47. Federal Act amending the Federal Act concerning the Principles for agricultural and forestry vocational schools

The National Council has decided:

The Federal Act concerning the Principles for agricultural and forestry vocational schools, BGBl. No. 319/1975, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 648/1994, shall be amended as follows:

1. (determination of principles) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 2:

" (4) For persons who are in the framework of an integrative vocational training according to § 11b (1) to (3) of the Land and Forest Economic Training Act (BGBl). No 298/1990, as amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). In accordance with § 11d of the Land and Forest Economic Training Act (VET), it is compulsory to take the necessary training. the right to visit the agricultural and forestry vocational school. Paragraph 3 shall not apply. "

2. (Determination of the principles) In § 7, the previous text receives the sales designation "(1)" and shall be added to the following paragraph 2:

" (2) The implementing laws of the Länder in accordance with Section 2 (4) of this Federal Law, as amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 47/2005 must be adopted within one year from the date on which this Federal Law is to be held, and shall be repeal with effect from 31 December 2010. "
