Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour, with which the list of teaching professions as well as the training regulations for the teaching profession book and media economy-book and music trade, book and media industry-book and press wholesale, Computer system technology and fitness care are changed

On the basis of § § 7 and 8 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2003, shall be ordered:

Article 1

Change of the Apprenticeship List

On the basis of § 7 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2003, shall be ordered:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour, with which the teaching profession list is enacted, BGBl. No 268/1975, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 450/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Appendix 1, after the teaching profession " Gartencenterkaufmann " of the teaching profession " Gastronomiefachmann/Gastronomiefachfrau " together with teaching time and family regulations:

In Appendix 1, the teaching profession Gastronomiefachmann/Gastronomiefachfrau (Gastronomiefachmann/Gastronomiefachfrau) in the regulations concerning the teaching profession meat processing, hotel and catering assistant, cook, confectioner (sugar bakery), restaurant expert and Systemgastronomy expert inserted according to alphabetical order as a related teaching profession.

2.1. The teaching period in the teaching profession meat processing, hotel and restaurant assistant and pastry chef (sugar bakers) is credited to the full extent of the first year of teaching at the teaching time in the teaching profession Gastronomiefachmann/Gastronomiefachfrau.

2.2. The teaching period in the teaching profession Systemgastronomiefachmann is credited to the teaching period in the teaching profession Gastronomiefachmann/Gastronomiefachfrau to the full extent of the first and second year of teaching.

2.3. The apprenticeship in the teaching profession of chef and restaurant specialist is credited to the full extent of the first, second and third years of teaching at the teaching time in the teaching profession of gastronomy specialist/gastronomy specialist.

3. In the case of the Apprenticeship Wholesale clerk, the family-related scheme for the training of weapons and ammunition dealers is:

4. In Annex 1, the provisions relating to the teaching profession of the teaching profession shall be inserted into the teaching profession as a related teaching profession and shall be set to full extent for the first year of teaching. 5. The Annex 2 shall be supplemented in accordance with the alphabetical order as follows:

Article 2

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, with the training regulations for the teaching profession of book and media economics-book and music trade, will be enacted, BGBl. II No 5/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3, the position 10.4 in the occupational picture is as follows:

Article 3

Amendment of the training regulations for the teaching profession book and media industry-book and press wholesalers

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, with the training regulations for the teaching profession book and media industry-book and press wholesale, BGBl. II No 3/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3, the following positions shall be as follows in the occupational picture:

Article 4

Amendment of the computerised system technology training system

The EDP-Systemtechnik-Training Order, BGBl. II No 371/2003, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (2) reads:

" (2) In the course of teaching contracts, teaching certificates, certificate of teaching qualifications and teaching letters, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentier's apprentiate (EDP system technician/computer system technician).

2. § 12 shall be the heading "repeat check" .

Article 5

Change of the fitness-care training regulations

The fitness-care training order, BGBl. II No 372/2003, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 (2) reads:

" (2) In the teaching contracts, teaching certificates, teaching certificates and teaching letters, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentist's apprentiate (fitness supervisor/fitness supervisor).
