179. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management, which changes the Plant Protection Regulation

Due to § § 6 and 17 (3) of the Plant Protection Act 1995, BGBl. N ° 532, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 83/2004, shall be arranged:

The Plant Protection Regulation, BGBl. No 253/1996, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 83/2005, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 7 is added to § 6:

Helianthus annuus L.,

2.

Lycopersicon lycopersicum (L.) Karsten ex Farw.,

Phaseolus L.,

Medicago sativa L.,

as well as for the planting of certain tubers of Solanum tuberosum L. by way of derogation from § 17 of the Plant Protection Act 1995, even if an official label is attached to them, to their packaging or to the means of transport, instead of the plant passport in accordance with the 1997 seed law, BGBl. I n ° 72, which confirms that the requirements of Section 11 of the Plant Protection Act of 1995 and of solanum tuberosum L. tubers intended for planting are also subject to the requirements of § 12 of the Plant Protection Act. 5. § 19 is added to the following paragraph 13:

6. In Annex 3, the word sequence shall be: "2003/46/EC and 2004 /32/EC" through the phrase "2003/46/EC, 2004 /32/EC and 2005 /18/EC" replaced.
