180. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, which has a ban on the driving of heavy goods vehicles for certain roads (ban on driving vehicles in 2005)

On the basis of § 42 (5) Road Traffic Regulations 1960, BGBl. No 159, as last amended by BGBl. I No 15/2005, shall be ordered:

§ 1. Driving with lorries or semi-trailers with a maximum permissible gross laden weight of more than 7.5 tonnes and of heavy goods vehicles with trailers, in which the sum of the maximum authorised weights of both vehicles is greater than 7.5 tonnes is,

on all Saturdays from 2 July 2005 to 3 September 2005 in the period from 9 am to 3 pm on the Inntalautobahn A 12 from the state border at Kufstein to the junction Imst and on the Brenner motorway A 13 from the state border to the Connecting point Innsbruck Süd, if the destination of the trip is south of the burner;

on all Saturdays from 2 July 2005 to 10 September 2005 in the period from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the

a)

South Highway A 2 from the Vösendorf node to the border at Arnoldstein, with the exception of the motorway feeder between the Graz-Ost junction and the junction of the B 73;

b)

East Motorway A 4 from the Schwechat junction to the national border at Nickelsdorf;

c)

Semmering expressway S 6 in the whole area;

d)

Murtal expressway S 36 in the whole area;

3.

on all Saturdays from 2 July 2005 to 10 September 2005 in the period from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. outside the local area in both driving directions on the

a)

Loferer Straße B 178 from Lofer to Wörgl;

b)

Ennstal Straße B 320, starting at road-kilometres 4,500;

c)

Seefelder Straße B 177 in the whole area;

d)

Fernpassstraße B 179 from Nassereith to Biberwier;

e)

Aachensee Straße B 181 in the whole area;

f)

Friesacher Straße B 317 in the whole area

forbidden.

§ 2. The following shall be excluded from the driving prohibitions referred to in § 1:

1.

Journeys intended solely for the carriage of slaughtering or prickling animals or slightly perishable food, periodic printing units, supply of beverages in excursion areas, the unstoppable supply of petrol stations, gastronomic Operations and events or repairs to refrigeration equipment, towing service, breakdown assistance, use in major emergencies, medical care, the use of road-holder vehicles or vehicles on its behalf, Maintenance of road transport, road or railway construction, the Use of vehicles of the public safety service, the fire brigade, the waste disposal, the disposal of waste, the operation of sewage treatment plants or the use of vehicles of a regular transport operator in order to maintain the regular line traffic, as well as unstoppable journeys with trucks of the federal army or foreign troops, which are due to the troop travel law, BGBl. I n ° 57/2001, in Austria, or journeys by aid workers of recognised organisations;

Journeys in the combined freight transport rail-road from the consignor to the nearest technically appropriate loading station or from the nearest technically appropriate unloading station to the recipient and back to the next loading station, if a a fully completed document (CIM/UIRR), which indicates that the vehicle or its superstructures (swap bodies, containers) have been transported by rail or have already been carried;

Journeys by unladen vehicles between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. to the place of residence of the driver, the registered office of the company, the freight terminals, the lorry's yard, the permanent location of the vehicle or the location where the entreptist is given a corresponding guide. Possibility of return by public transport or by a company motor vehicle.

§ 3. (1) Legislation with which further driving bans are arranged shall remain unaffected.

(2) The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, which provides for a ban on the driving of heavy goods vehicles (summer travel arrangements), BGBl, with the aim of facilitating the summer travel for certain roads. II No 208/2000, is not applicable for the year 2005.
