192. Announcement by the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture on the curriculum for Protestant religious education at the upper level of the higher education schools in general

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

§ 1. The one in Annex The teaching plan for the Protestant religious education at the upper level of the higher education schools was issued by the Evangelical Oberkirchenrat A. and H.B. and will enter into force on 1 September 2005 in a class-wise manner. .

§ 2. In Annex A (syllabus of the higher education in general) to the regulation of the Federal Minister for Education and the Arts on the curricula of the higher education schools in general; (b) Dissemination of the curricula for the teaching of religion in these schools Schools, BGBl. No 88/1985, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 277/2004, reads in the fifth part (curricula for the religious instruction of the Gymnasium, the Realgymnasium and the Business School Realgymnasium) lit. b (Evangelical religious education) sublit. aa (compulsory subject of Protestant religious education) of the upper level part:

§ 3.
