202. Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior concerning the transfer of the right to appoint federal officials to head of service authorities of first instance

On the basis of Art. 66 (1) B-VG in the version BGBl. I n ° 153/2004, in conjunction with the resolution of the Federal President, BGBl. No 54/1995, shall be classified as follows:

§ 1. (1) The security directors and the head of the federal asylum office shall be assigned the right to appoint federal civil servants to the posts referred to in § 2.

(2) The right of appointment shall include:

1.		for officials of the General Administrative Service in the categories of use

A7 to A4	all posts
A3	the basic runway and the functional groups 1 and 2

2.		for officials of the General Administration and in manual use in the use groups

E, D and P1 to P5	all posts
C	Classes III and IV.

§ 2. (1) The provincial police commander, in Vienna the police president, and the head of the training centre Traiskirchen will transfer the right to appoint federal civil servants to the posts mentioned in § 4.

(2) The right of appointment shall include:

1.		for officials of the General Administrative Service in the categories of use

A7 to A4	all posts
A3	the basic runway and the functional groups 1 and 2

2.		for officials of the Executive Service in the use groups

E2c and E 2b	all posts
E2a	the basic runway and the functional groups 1 to 4

3.		for officials of the General Administration and in manual use in the use groups

E, D and P1 to P5	all posts
C	Classes III and IV

4.		for guard officers in the use groups

W2	Classes III and IV.

§ 3. The gender-specific terms and designations used in this Regulation shall apply equally to female and male staff.

§ 4. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2005.

(2) At the same time, the Regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior concerning the transfer of the right to appoint federal civil servants to heads of service authorities of first instance, BGBl. No 627/1995, except for force.
