234. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) amending the FMA Fees Regulation

Pursuant to Section 19 (10) of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority Act-FMABG, BGBl. I n ° 97/2001, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 78/2005, shall be assigned:

The FMA Fees Ordinance, BGBl. II No 230/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Z 9 in the second part 2. section is after the word "Shareholders" the phrase "; authorization for the extension of the business object for the activities of insurance mediation pursuant to § 137 GewO" inserted.

2. In the second part 2. the following Z 51a is inserted after Z 51:

" 51a. Approval of the allocation of parts of the unpaid share capital to own funds (Section 73b (8) of the VAG) ..........................................................

3. The Z 52 in the second part 2. Section reads:

" 52. Approval of the early repayment of supplementary capital with fixed term (§ 73c paragraph 5 VAG) ..................................................................

4. In the second part 2. the following Z 52a is inserted after Z 52:
