282. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, which provides for the training regulations for the teaching profession in the service sector and the regulation on the auditing of teaching duties in the commercial-administrative teaching professions (occupational service training regulations)

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2003, shall be ordered:

Article 1

Training requirements for the teaching profession operating service

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession is set up with a teaching period of three years.

(2) In the teaching contracts, teaching certificates, certificate of teaching qualifications and teaching letters, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentil's apprentiate (business service commercial or operating service provider).

Professional profile

§ 2. Through vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the trained apprentice is to be able to carry out the following activities in a professional, independent and self-responsible way:

Organisation and implementation of the hygiene control system and its documentation in accordance with the principles of the HACCP system,

Arrange and monitor repairs, maintenance work and cleaning work,

7.

Plan, carry out and control sales promotions,

8.

Advise customers, conduct sales discussions, handle complaints management,

9.

Personnel deployment plans and/or Draw up staff plans and assist in the training of staff and (training)

10.

carry out and control measures for quality assurance,

11.

Carry out administrative work by means of the operational information and communication systems,

12.

participate in company accounting and cost accounting,

13.

Create, maintain, and evaluate statistics, files and files.

§ 3 . (1) The following vocational training shall be established for the training. Article 2

Amendment of the Ordinance on the Examination of Apprenticeship Examinations in the Commercial-Administrative Teaching occupations

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour on the teaching of the teaching profession in the commercial-administrative teaching profession, BGBl. II No 245/2004, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 457/2004, shall be amended as follows:

3. According to Article 12 (1), the following paragraph 1a is inserted:

"(1a) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2006 in respect of the provisions for the examination of the profession of teaching profession."
