Iceland:
With reference to Article 94 (1), the Convention shall not apply to contracts of sale and to the establishment of such contracts if the parties have their establishment in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway or Sweden.
Canada:
The Government of Canada declares, in accordance with Article 93 of the Convention, that it should in addition to the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan as well as the Northwest Territories and the Yukon Territory is also extended to the territory of Nunavut.
