372. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, amending the Regulation on the curricula of the primary schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 91/2005, in particular Articles 6 and 16 of this Directive, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs on the curricula of the primary schools, BGBl. II No 134/2000, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 571/2003, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Article I, Article 2 of the following paragraph 3 is added:

" (3) The following provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 372/2005 enter into force as follows:

1.		Appendix 1 (curriculum of the primary school) Third part (school and lesson planning) Z 8 (Support plan for all-day school forms) enters into force with the end of the day of the customer's presentation in the Federal Law Gazette.
2.		Appendix 1 (curriculum of the primary school), Appendix 2 (curriculum of the primary school with special consideration of the arts training), Appendix 3 (curriculum of the main school with special consideration of the athletic training) and Appendix 4 (curriculum The main school, with special consideration of the ski-sport training), respectively fourth part (hour board) and sixth part (curricula of the individual subjects) will enter into force on 1 September 2006. "

3. In Annex 1, Part Z 8, the last two paragraphs shall be replaced by the following paragraphs:

4. 5. Annex 1 to the sixth part (curricula of the individual subjects) Section A (compulsory items)

6. In Annexes 3 and 4, the heading shall be: "CURRICULA OF THE INDIVIDUAL SUBJECTS" the description of the outline "SIXTH PART" .

7. In Appendixes 3 and 4 of the Sixth Part (syllabus of the individual subjects), Section A (compulsory subjects), the words in the introductory sections shall be: "Leibesübungen" in each case by the turn "Movement and Sport" replaced.

8. In Annexes 3 and 4, Part A of Part A, compulsory subject names shall be: "LEIBESÜBUNGEN" in each case by the designation of the required subject "MOVEMENT AND SPORT" replaced.
