Section 1

Special training courses for teaching assignments and management tasks

General provisions

§ 1. (1) As far as this Regulation is based on provisions relating to health and nursing special tasks-Ordinance-GuK-SV, BGBl. II No 452/2005, which is to be applied in its current version, is to be applied.

(2) As far as the following federal laws are referred to in this Regulation, they shall be applied in the following text:

Health care and nursing care law-GuKG, BGBl. I n ° 108/1997, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 69/2005,

2.

University Study Law-UniStG, BGBl. I n ° 48/1997, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 121/2002,

3.

Fachhochschule-Studiengesetz-FHStG, BGBl. No 340/1993, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 110/2003,

4.

University Accreditation Act-UniAkkG, BGBl. I n ° 168/1999, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 54/2000,

5.

University Act 2002, BGBl. I n ° 120, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 77/2005,

6.

Federal Law on the University of Continuing Education, Krems-DUK-Law 2004, BGBl. I n ° 22,

Training Objective-Quality Assurance

§ 2. (1) The special training for teaching duties serves the purpose of teaching competencies for the exercise of teaching duties in accordance with § § 23 ff of the German Civil Guard Act (GuKG).

(2) The special training for management tasks serves to teach competencies for the performance of management tasks in accordance with § 26 GuKG.

(3) The training objective of these special training courses is the acquisition of scientifically sound knowledge and skills required for the perception of teaching duties and management tasks in health and nursing care.

(4) The attainment of the training objective shall be evaluated by the management of the special training for the purpose of quality assurance.

Training course

§ 3. (1) The Special training courses for teaching tasks and for management tasks are taught in the form of learning fields.

(2) Learning fields are didactically based, occupational-related topics and training areas in which the educational task is to achieve the defined competences.

(3) The sequence of the individual learning fields as well as their didactical conversion are variable.

Training content

§ 4. (1) Special training for teaching tasks and for management tasks shall comprise 1600 hours each and shall be in three common learning fields and four specific learning fields in accordance with Appendix 1 .

(2) The special training for teaching tasks shall include those in the Annexes 2 and 3 specified learning fields at the specified hourly rate.

(3) The special training for management tasks shall include those in the Annexes 2 and 4 specified learning fields at the specified hourly rate.

(4) Within the framework of the special training courses, the competences referred to in Annexes 2 to 4 shall be conveyed.

Application of the GuK-SV

§ 5. When carrying out special training for teaching duties and for management tasks, the provisions of the GuK-SV shall be subject to the provisions of Section 7 et seq. of the

Teaching activities (§ 4 GuK-SV), spatial and factual equipment (§ 6 GuK-SV), admission to a special training (§ 7 GuK-SV), exclusion of and leaving a special education (§ § 8 and 25 of the German Civil Guard), training period (§ 9 GuK-SV), Obligation to participate (§ 10 GuK-SV), interruption of the training (§ 11 GuK-SV), management (§ 12 of the German GuK-SV), training regulations (§ 13 GuK-SV),

Examinations and assessments, including the final examination (§ § 18 to 39 GuK-SV) as well as

3.

Nostrifications and EEA approvals (§ § 41 to 49 GuK-SV)

Qualification of teachers

§ 6. As teachers, people are to be ordered to

demonstrate the necessary expertise for the respective learning field in accordance with Appendixes 2 to 4 by a relevant scientific or professional qualification; and

2.

are pedagogically suitable.

Audits and assessments

§ 7. (1) The assessment in the learning fields shall be carried out in the form set out in Annexes 2 to 4.

(2) By way of derogation from Section 21 (3) of the GuK-SV, the achievements of the trainees in the learning field VII (traineeship) of the Appendixes 3 and 4 shall be:

1.

"Passed" or

2.

"Failed"

to the Commission.

(3) By way of derogation from § 34 of the GuK-SV, an assessment of the traineeships with "conditions" for the assessment stages "with excellent success" has been carried out in the context of the assessment of the overall performance of the participants in the training course "With outstanding success", " insisting on success "and" successfully passed ".

Diploma

§ 8. (1) A diploma in accordance with the model of the final examination shall be awarded. Appendix 5 , The non-applicable gender-specific names should be deleted. It is permissible to issue diplomas only with the appropriate sex-specific names.

(2) The issuing of the diploma by means of automation-assisted data processing is permissible. The data processing register number (DVR number) is to be found only in the case of automation-assisted data processing.

(3) The diploma must be signed by the Chairperson of the Examination Committee and by the management of the special training and shall be provided with the circular seal of the training institution.

Equality of university and technical college education

Equal treatment with special training for teaching tasks

§ 9. The Appendix 6 In accordance with the provisions of the UniStG, FHStG, UniAkkG, Universitätsgesetz 2002, DUK-Gesetz 2004 or DUK-Gesetz, the special training for teaching tasks for the high-quality health and nursing care service is kept in the same position.

Equal treatment with special training for management tasks

§ 10. The Appendix 7 In accordance with the provisions of UniStG, FHStG, UniAkkG, Universitätsgesetz 2002, DUK-Gesetz 2004 or DUK-Gesetz, special training for senior management tasks for health and nursing care is kept in the same position.

Transitional provision

§ 11. The training referred to in Appendix 8,

1.

which are due to the Special Education Regulation (SGV), BGBl. No 34/1995, or

2.

started before 1 September 1998,

are equal to the special training for teaching duties or for management tasks of the upscale service for health and nursing care.

Out-of-Force Trees

§ 12. The Special Training Equality Regulation-SGV, BGBl. No 34/1995, enters into force with the entry into force of this Regulation.
