Section 1

Skills and training

Competencies

§ 1. Within the framework of the University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschul-BakkalaureatsstudiProgrammes) for the education in the upper medical-technical services, it is necessary to ensure that the graduates have acquired at least the following skills:

1.

the technical and methodological competences corresponding to the respective division, in accordance with the Annexes 1 to 7 ,

2.

social communicative competences and self-competences according to the Appendix 8 and

3.

scientific competences in accordance with Appendix 9 .

Minimum training requirements

§ 2. (1) The transfer of the competences referred to in § 1 shall be provided by a

1.

theoretical training including practical exercises and

2.

Practical training at the traineeships

shall be made.

(2) Practical training at the traineeships referred to in paragraph 1 (2) shall have the minimum requirements laid down for the respective division in accordance with the requirements laid down in Annexes 10 to 16 shall be appropriate.

Design of training

§ 3. (1) The training should be designed in such a way that the teaching of theoretical training content is coordinated, interlocked and intertwine with the teaching of practical skills and skills.

(2) Within the framework of the theoretical training,

(3) In carrying out the practical training at the traineeships in accordance with Appendixes 10 to 16, the following principles must be complied with:

The practical training takes place in a patient-oriented manner.

The practical implementation of theoretical teaching content will be consolidated and deepened continuously and based on the placement of the internship positions.

3.

The practical training at the traineeships comprises at least 25% of the working performance of three years of training (total work effort) of one or one student, in order to carry out the internship areas mentioned in the annexes 10 to 16 to ensure.

4.

The practical training according to Appendixes 10 to 16 is documented by the student or the student in a training protocol. Personal data will be avoided. The documentation is made in an anonymized form.

5.

The implementation and documentation of the individual internships is assessed. In the case of internships or traineeships which are assessed negatively, there are possibilities for repetition.

6.

The successful completion of the internships is a prerequisite for admission to the mission of the Bakkalaureate examination.

7.

A sufficient number of relevant relevant traineeships in hospitals, as well as in other institutions, provided that the necessary knowledge, skills and skills are taught in these institutions, shall be provided by: agreements (cooperation agreements), with a large number of traineeships being held in hospitals.

8.

The suitability of a traineeship for practical training shall be given if the necessary staff and equipment and the implementation of the therapeutic or diagnostic measures and procedures provided for in Annexes 10 to 16 of the respective departments of the corresponding division.

9.

The instruction within the framework of the practical training is carried out in agreement and with continuous feedback with the respective lecturers of the University of Applied Sciences ' Bakkalaureatsstudiengangs.

10.

The internship positions ensure that a competent person, according to § 5, is at the same time leading two students at the same time and continuously supervises (training key 1: 2).

Minimum requirements for students

§ 4. The prerequisite for admission to a university of applied sciences bachelor ' s degree programme for the training in the upper medical-technical services is that the necessary for the professional exercise in the respective sector of the economy is to have a job-specific and health-related aptitude. The existence of this condition shall be considered in a recording procedure.

Minimum requirements for the teaching staff of subject-specific and medical content

§ 5. (1) The teaching staff of the subject-specific content in a university of applied sciences education programme for the training in the upper medical-technical services must complete an education in an upscale medical-technical service .

(2) The lecturers of the medical content in a University of Applied Sciences Bachelor's degree course for the training in the upper medical-technical services must have completed the training as a doctor/doctor.

(3) In addition, subject-specific and medical content may, in individual exceptional cases, be used for persons who, on the basis of their relevant qualifications and professional experience, are particularly interested in the placement of specific teaching content. are suitable.

Minimum requirements for the internship management

§ 6. The practical training for the practical training provided for in Annexes 10 to 16 shall be carried out by competent persons, who shall:

have at least one year's professional experience in a professional field relevant to the relevant internship, and

are pedagogically suitable.
