According to other communications of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the following States have taken place on the occasion of the deposit of their instruments of ratification. The following declarations were made:
Argentina:
In accordance with Article 25 (4) of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, the Republic of Argentina declares that all amendments to Annexes A, B or C for Argentina shall not enter into force until such time as its corresponding amendments have been made to Argentina. Certificate of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession has been deposited.
Bahrain:

Arbitration proceedings in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Conference of the States Parties shall be the only procedure binding on the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain with regard to the solution to any dispute concerning interpretation or application of the Convention. |

Any changes to Annexes A, B and C to the Convention shall not be binding on the Kingdom of Bahrain as long as they have not been ratified in accordance with the constitutional requirements. |
Liechtenstein:
The Principality of Liechtenstein declares, in accordance with Article 18 (2) of the Convention, that it recognises both the means of dispute settlement referred to in this paragraph as binding in relation to each party which has an obligation to do so in respect of: one or both of the means of dispute settlement.
Federations of Micronesia:

The Federated States of Micronesia declare, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 (4) of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, that any changes to Annexes A, B or C shall be made only after the deposit of the To enter into force the certificate of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession of the Federated States of Micronesia. |

The Federated States of Micronesia, in accordance with Article 18 (2) of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, declare that they are both binding in relation to the dispute settlement referred to in this paragraph to any party which recognises an obligation to settle one or both of the means of dispute settlement. |
Vanuatu:
Vanuatu states that, in relation to Article 25 (4) of the Convention, any amendments to Annexes A, B or C shall not change the Republic of Vanuatu until after the deposit of the instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or approval concerned with those amendments. Accession document shall be binding.
Venezuela:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 (4) of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela declares that any changes to Annexes A, B or C shall be made only after the deposit of their to enter into force with respect to these amendments of the instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
