On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of accession, the Republic of Cyprus has declared the following reservation:
The Republic of Cyprus does not consider the provisions relating to the settlement of disputes in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty. Article 20 (2) to (7) of the International Convention on the Harmonisation of Commodity Controls is bound by the limits.
