88. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health on the Updating of the Annex to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG (LMSVG-annexes-Update Regulation 2015)

Pursuant to Section 4 (2) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 67/2014, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The Annex to the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act (LMSVG) reads as follows:

§ 2. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the LMSVG annexes update ordinance 2013, BGBl. II No 296/2013, except for force.
