On the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, Switzerland has made the following statement:

" The Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland wishes to have the ratification of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the International Criminal Court by the United Kingdom in the territory of the United Kingdom. The island of Man, for whose international relations the United Kingdom is responsible, is extended.

The Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland considers that the extension of the aforementioned Convention to the Isle of Man shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the date of the deposit of this notice. "

-by a communication received by the Secretary-General on 20 April 2015:

" The Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland wishes to have the ratification of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the International Criminal Court by the United Kingdom in the field of Gibraltar, for whose international relations the United Kingdom is responsible, is extended.

The Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland considers that the extension of the Convention to Gibraltar will take effect from the date of the deposit of this notice. "
