285. Regulation of the Federal Chancellor on the fixing of the flat-rate compensation for the performance of lawyers in the framework of procedural assistance before the independent administration senates (UVS-procedural aid-flat-rate allowance regulation 2006)

Pursuant to Section 56a (1) in conjunction with Section 47 (1) and (3) of the Bar Code, RGBl. No. 96/1868, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 164/2005, is in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance and with the approval of the Main Committee of the National Council:

Flat-rate compensation

§ 1. The amount of the flat-rate compensation for the benefits of the lawyers appointed under Section 45a RAO in the framework of procedural assistance before the independent administration senates shall be fixed for the year 2006 and the following years at EUR 8 000 per year.

§ 2. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Federal Chancellor's Regulation on the fixing of the flat-rate compensation for the performance of lawyers in the framework of procedural assistance before the independent administration senates (UVS-Procedure Aid-Package Remuneration Regulation 2003), BGBl. II No 484/2002, except for force.
