299. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education, Science and Culture on the award of a performance grant for the academic year 2005/2006
According to § 58 (2) in conjunction with Section 76 (2) of the Law on the Promotion of the Study Promotion Act 1992, BGBl. No. 305, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 20/2006, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:
§ 1. The budget appropriations available for grant grants totalling EUR 5 330 627.73 will be allocated to universities, universities of the arts, theological teaching institutions and universities of applied sciences by the number of students in the academic year 2004/2005 , following the number of prospective financial statements made in the course of their studies, the following institutions shall be divided up as follows:
