303. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Education, Science and Culture on the doctoral programme for graduates of Master's degree programs in technical sciences
On the basis of § 5 (3a) of the Federal Law on Universities of Applied Sciences (FHStG), BGBl. No 340/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 43/2006, is being prescribed:
Admission to doctoral studies
§ 1. Graduates of the following master's degree programs have the right to admission to the doctoral studies of the technical sciences:
