384. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the Economic Area-Financial Services Regulation

Pursuant to Section 3 (3) of the Tax Administration Organization Act (AVOG), BGBl. No. 18/1975, in the version BGBl. I n ° 99/2006 shall be prescribed:

The Economic Area-Financial Services Regulation, BGBl. II No 224/2003, as last amended by BGBl. II No 87/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2, the word sequence shall be deleted " Finanzamt Wien 21/22 für den 21. and 22. District in Vienna, headquarted in Vienna, " . To the point of the word sequence " Finanzamt Wien 2/20 für den 2. and 20. District in Vienna, headquarted in Vienna, " The word sequence " Finanzamt Wien 2/20/21/22 für den 2., 20., 21. and 22. District in Vienna, headquarted in Vienna, " .

2. § 3 is amended as follows:

(a) The last sentence of paragraph 2 "The change in the allocation of the political districts is based on geographical circumstances, organizational minimum sizes as well as economic and demographic developments." receives the sales designation "(3)" .

(b) The following paragraph 4 is added:

" (4) § 2 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 384/2006 shall enter into force on 1 March 2007.
