Pursuant to § § 99 (1) Z 6 and 101 of the Law on the Law of the Market in 1985 (MOG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 210, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 108/2001 and the BGBl rallies. I No 18/2006 and BGBl. I n ° 156/2006, is being prescribed:
§ 1. For the marketing year 2006/2007, the unit quantity for each fibre category shall be defined in accordance with Article 8 (3) of Regulation (EC) No 245/2001 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1673/2000 on the common organisation of the market in Flax and hemp grown for fibre, OJ C 327, 28. No. OJ L 35, 6.2.2001, p. 18, as follows:
