Federal Law, with which the General Social Security Act, the Industrial Social Security Act, the Farmers-Social Security Act, the War sacrificial Supply Act 1957, the Sacrifice Welfare Act, the Army Supply Law, the The law on vaccinations, the law on crime victims, the Pension Act 1965 and the Federal Railways Pension Act (Bundesbahn-Pension gesetz) are amended (3. Amendment of the Social Rights Act 2006-3. SRÄG 2006)

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the General Social Insurance Act

The General Social Security Act, BGBl. No. 189/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

1. § 293 para. 1 lit. a sublit. aa will be the expression "1 072,89 €" by the expression "1 091,14 €" replaced.

2. § 293 para. 1 lit. a sublit. bb, lit. b and lit. c sublit. bb is the expression "701,04 €" in each case by the expression "726,00 €" replaced.

3. § 293 para. 1 lit. c sublit. aa will be the expression "257,86 €" by the expression "267,04 €" and the expression "387,16 €" by the expression "400,94 €" replaced.

4. In § 293 paragraph 1 lit. c sublit. bb is the expression "458,20 €" by the expression "474.51 €" replaced.

5. In § 293 (1), second sentence, the expression "73,48 €" by the expression "76.09 €" replaced.

6. In accordance with § 629, the following § 630 shall be added together with the heading:

" Final provisions on Art. 1 of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 169/2006

§ 630. (1) § 293 (1) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 169/2006 comes with 1. Jänner 2007 in force.

(2) The sentences according to § 293 (1) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl (Federal Law Gazette). By way of derogation from Section 293 (2) in conjunction with Section 108 (6), I No 169/2006 are not to be multiplied for the calendar year 2007.

(3) Persons entitled to compensatory allowance in January 2007 shall not be subject to a one-off payment pursuant to § 629. If, however, due to the adjustment with the adjustment factor and the one-off payment in accordance with § 629, a higher amount is obtained than on the basis of the increase in the compensatory allowance rates with 1. January 2007, the difference is to be paid out as a special one-off payment. § 629 (2) shall apply to the special one-off payment. "

Article 2

Amendment of the Industrial Social Insurance Act

The Industrial Social Security Act, BGBl. No 560/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

1. § 150 para. 1 lit. a sublit. aa will be the expression "1 072,89 €" by the expression "1 091,14 €" replaced.

2. § 150 para. 1 lit. a sublit. bb, lit. b and lit. c sublit. bb is the expression "701,04 €" in each case by the expression "726,00 €" replaced.

3. § 150 para. 1 lit. c sublit. aa will be the expression "257,86 €" by the expression "267,04 €" and the expression "387,16 €" by the expression "400,94 €" replaced.

(2) The sentences in accordance with Section 150 (1) of the Federal Law Gazette of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). By way of derogation from Section 150 (2) in conjunction with § 51 for the calendar year 2007, I n ° 169/2006 are not to be multiply multiplied.

(3) Persons entitled to a compensatory allowance in January 2007 shall not be subject to a one-off payment pursuant to section 315. If, however, due to the adjustment with the adjustment factor and the one-off payment in accordance with § 629, a higher amount is obtained than on the basis of the increase in the compensatory allowance rates with 1. January 2007, the difference is to be paid out as a special one-off payment. § 629 (2) shall apply to the special one-off payment. "

Article 3

Amendment of the Farmers-Social Security Act

The farmers social security law, BGBl. N ° 559/1978, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

1. In § 141 paragraph 1 lit. a sublit. aa will be the expression "1 072,89 €" by the expression "1 091,14 €" replaced.

2. In § 141 paragraph 1 lit. a sublit. bb, lit. b and lit. c sublit. bb is the expression "701,04 €" in each case by the expression "726,00 €" replaced.

3. § 141 para. 1 lit. c sublit. aa will be the expression "257,86 €" by the expression "267,04 €" and the expression "387,16 €" by the expression "400,94 €" replaced.

(3) Persons entitled to compensatory allowance in January 2007 shall not be subject to a one-off payment in accordance with § 305. If, however, due to the adjustment with the adjustment factor and the one-off payment in accordance with § 629, a higher amount is obtained than on the basis of the increase in the compensatory allowance rates with 1. January 2007, the difference is to be paid out as a special one-off payment. § 629 (2) shall apply to the special one-off payment. "

Article 4

Amendment of the War sacrificial Supply Act 1957

The War Sacrifice Supply Act 1957, BGBl. No. 152, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

§ 113c is repealed.

Article 5

Amendment of the Victim Welfare Act

The victims ' welfare law, BGBl. No. 183/1947, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

§ 17e is repealed.

Article 6

Amendment of the Army Supply Act

The Army Supply Act, BGBl. No 27/1964, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

§ 98c is repealed.

Article 7

Amendment of the Vaccine Bill

The Vaccine Damage Act, BGBl. No. 371/1973, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

§ 8h is repealed.

Article 8

Amendment of the Crime Rights Act

The Crime Victim Law, BGBl. No 288/1972, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

§ 15d is repealed.

Article 9

Amendment of the Pension Act 1965

The Pension Act 1965, BGBl. N ° 340, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

The following paragraph 3 is added to section 41b:

" (3) Persons who are entitled to a supplementary allowance pursuant to § 26 in January 2007 shall not be paid a one-off payment. If, however, due to the adjustment with the adjustment factor and the one-off payment in accordance with § 629, a higher amount is obtained than on the basis of the increase in the compensatory allowance rates with 1. January 2007, the difference is to be paid out as a special one-off payment. The special one-off payment shall be applied to paragraph 2. "

Amendment of the Bundesbahn-Pension Act

The Federal Railways Pension Act, BGBl. No 86/2001, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 165/2006, is amended as follows:

The following paragraph 3 is added to Article 37a:

" (3) Persons who are entitled to a supplementary allowance pursuant to § 24 in January 2007 shall not be paid a one-off payment. If, however, due to the adjustment with the adjustment factor and the one-off payment in accordance with § 629, a higher amount is obtained than on the basis of the increase in the compensatory allowance rates with 1. January 2007, the difference is to be paid out as a special one-off payment. The special one-off payment shall be applied to paragraph 2. "
