Belarus:

The Republic of Belarus declares, in accordance with Article 3 of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, that the voluntary recruitment of nationals to be held by nationals of the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus from an age of 18 years.
