84. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the declaration of a federal road planning area in the area of the municipalities of Vienna, Aderklaa, Groß-Enzersdorf, Raasdorf and Schwechat

Due to § 14 (1) of the Federal Criminal Law 1971, BGBl. No. 286 (BStG 1971), in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 58/2006, is being prescribed:

In order to secure the construction of a section of the S 1 Wiener outer ring expressway in the municipalities of Vienna, Aderklaa, Groß-Enzersdorf, Raasdorf and Schwechat, this will be taken from the site plans, plan character 240334/P1401/0 -401/OPT/S01/V, 240334/P1402/0 -401/OPT/S01/V and 240334/P1403/0 -401/OPT/S01/V, which can be used for the later management of the federal road, is explained to the Federal Road Planning Area.

The above-mentioned site plans are located at the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology, at the office of the Lower Austrian State Government, at the Magistrate of the City of Vienna (Magistratsabteilung 18, Magistratisches Bezirksamt für den 11. District, Magistratisches Bezirksamt für den 22. District) as well as in the municipalities of Aderklaa, Groß-Enzersdorf, Raasdorf and Schwechat for insight.
