41. Revelation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention for the Liberation of Foreign Public Documents from the certification
According to the announcement by the Dutch Government, Montenegro, with effect from 3 June 2006, has declared its continuing commitment to the Convention on the Liberation of Foreign Public Certificates of Certification (BGBl. No. 27/1968, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III. No 8/2007).
In addition, the following countries have amended their central authorities as follows:
France 1 :
Mayotte:
The Public Prosecutor at the Supreme Court of Appeal in Mayotte;
New Caledonia:
The Chief Public Prosecutor of the Nouméa Appellation Court;
Wallis and Futuna Islands:
The Judge of the Division of the Court of First Instance of Nouméa, with its head office in Mata Utu;
French Polynesia:
The General Procurator at the Appeals Court in Papeete.
Saint-Pierre and Miquelon:
The President of the Higher Appeal Court of Saint-Pierre.
Samoa 2 :
Competent authority to issue the document in accordance with Article 6 of the Convention:
