15. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of a phrase in § 2 KommAustria-Gesetz-KOG by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § § 64 (2) and (65) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 15 March 2007, G 138 /06-7, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 16 April 2007, rightly recognized:

"The phrase" and the results of these evaluations within four weeks, calculated from the date of broadcast of the consignment in an appropriate manner " in § 2 para. 1 Z 7 second sentence of the Federal Act on the establishment of a Communication Authority Austria ("KommAustria") and a Federal Communications Council (KommAustria-Gesetz-KOG), BGBl. I n ° 32/2001, in the version of the BG BGBl. I n ° 21/2005 is being repealed as unconstitutional.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
