113. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on the assignment of credit ratings of recognised rating agencies to credit rating levels (MappingV)

On the basis of Section 21b (6) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 19/2007, shall be ordered:

Assignment of ratings to credit ratings

§ 1. The assignment of credit ratings awarded by recognised rating agencies to credit ratings within the exposure classes according to § 22a (4) and § 22c (1) BWG must be made on the basis of the tables in § 2.

Fitch Ratings

§ 2. The ratings awarded by Fitch Ratings shall be assigned to the creditworthiness levels within the exposure classes in accordance with Section 22a (4) and Section 22c (1) of the BWG as follows:
